ROAD closures are in place after a four-vehicle smash on the A35.
It has been reported that at least two people are being treated for injuries after the crash at Higher Kingston Russell.
Ambulance and police are currently in attendance.
The incident is affecting traffic between Kingston Russell and Winterbourne Abbas.

Motorists are urged to avoid the area if possible.
A spokesman for Dorset Police said: "We were called at 4.10pm with a report of a collision on the A35 west of Winterbourne Abbas. It was reported that the collision involved two motorcycles and two cars.
"Officers are currently at the scene along with the ambulance service and road closures have been put in place as emergency services respond to the incident.
"At least two people are being treated for injuries but we do not have any further information on their condition at this time"
