NO NEW coronavirus deaths have been recorded in Dorset hospitals, latest figures have confirmed.
Data released by NHS England shows that no Covid-19 related deaths have been recorded across the county’s hospitals in recent days.
There have been no confirmed deaths since a person died with Covid-19 on April 8 at the University Hospitals Dorset Trust.
This means that since the start of the pandemic the total number of people to have died at Dorset County Hospital remains at 111.
Elsewhere, 733 people have died at the University Hospitals Dorset Trust with Covid-19, while 73 people have died at the Dorset Healthcare Trust.
In hospitals across England, a further 56 people have died with the virus since Friday April 9, taking the total to 86,599.
