A HOSPICE charity will hold donation drop off sessions prior to reopening its outlets.
Weldmar Hospicecare, a specialist end of life care provider supporting people in Dorset, will be accepting donations on April 9 prior to shops being reopened on April 12.
Each of its 24 shops and larger furniture outlets across Dorset will be accepting donations between 10am and 2pm on April 9. The shops themselves will not be open but donations can be handed over at the door.
Gavin Anderson-Terry, director of retail, said: "We are really excited to be working on getting our shops to reopen. The income our shops provide is a vital source of revenue for our services, which has been greatly missed.
"Our staff and volunteers are all looking forward to getting back to support our great hospice."
Donations will be limited to three boxes or bags per household and each site may need to stop accepting donations early if their stockroom becomes full.
