WHILST I agree that people should not be nipping to the tip with just an odd bag of rubbish even if they are local, perhaps some one could explain the meaning of local when it comes to the Covid vaccination locations.
Why is a trip to YEOVIL- TAUNTON- ISLE OF WIGHT, etc from Dorchester classed as acceptable for a person to drive to, but a trip to the tip to get rid of rubbish that might encourage vermin is a no no.

One plus point I suppose is, if someone is desperate for a legitimate day out the the Dorchester to Isle of Wight option could be quite appealing.
