A cyclist has been injured in a crash on the A35.
Emergency services were called to Kings Road, just over the Devon border in Honiton, shortly after 11.30am this morning.
According to Devon and Cornwall Police, a male cyclist sustained minor injuries and was taken to hospital.
The driver of the car was reported for driving without due care and attention.
The road was blocked for several hours this mornning, causing major delays.
A spokesman for Devon and Cornwall Police said: "Police and ambulance were called at 11.35am today, July 31, following a collision between a car and a bicycle on the A35 at Honiton.
"The male cyclist sustained minor injuries and was taken to hospital.
"The driver of the car was reported for driving without due care and attention."
The road is now clear.
