A 190-MILLION-YEAR-OLD ichthyosaur fossil is on tour in Dorset.
The fossil was originally found near Charmouth two and a half years ago by Doctor Paul Davis from the Natural History Museum.
The fossil will go on display in Swanage library on December 6 and then in Weymouth library on January 10.
Dr Davis said: "It's a real thrill to see the fossil going on show so near to where it was found.
"The Jurassic Coast holds a wealth of stories about life millions of years ago and this display highlights the new finds."
