DID you enjoy Christmas? Are you enjoying 2020 so far? This is going to explain to you about New Year resolutions and we are give you some ideas.
The first step of the New Year is New Year’s resolutions. A resolution is when you set yourself a goal to do in the New Year. For example you could try to start an interesting hobby that you’ve been meaning to do for awhile or visit family you didn’t last year. It’s all up to you what you do just make sure you enjoy your year. Anyway, here are some of our resolutions: I would love to enjoy nature better and to visit family; I would like to read more books; I would like to eat healthier. Some people find it relatively difficult to stick to their New Year’s resolutions or just utterly give up! This is because some human beings set themselves some really hard New Year’s resolutions such as to stop eating chocolate, stop eating unhealthy things and maybe to spend more time in the great outdoors and to read more. The reason this happens is usually because it is used as a comforting mechanism. Do you have a New Year’s resolution? Will you stick with your New Year’s resolution? Well we hope you do?
