Green Lane in Chickerell
AN INDOOR swimming pool could be built at a Chickerell holiday site.
Permission is being asked to change the use of an existing building at the Old Slaughter House site off Green Lane.
The application has been submitted in the name of Splashtogether by Mrs Angela Cole. She is asking to put an above ground pool inside the industrial-style building. The existing 18 parking spaces associated with the building would remain.
Opening hours are proposed to be 8am-9pm Monday to Saturday and 9am to 6pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
A decision is expected to be made under delegated powers by a Dorset Council planning officer.
Comments on the application remain open until November 30.
