A WEYMOUTH man has been banned from drinking alcohol in public in Dorset for two years.
Jakub Lesniak has also been banned from entering a number of pubs in Weymouth town centre, including The George, The White Hart and The Closet. He has also been banned from entering a hairdressers on St Mary Street.
The ban is part of a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) obtained by Weymouth & Portland Police.
It states that Mr Lesniak must not be in obsession of an open container of alcohol or consume alcohol or be intoxicated in any public place in Dorset.
A spokesman for the force said: "The team has obtained a Criminal Behaviour Order in relation to an individual who has been involved in anti-social and criminal behaviour around the town.
"Obtaining these orders does take time as it is necessary to gather sufficient evidence and put it before the courts."
If Mr Lesniak breaches the order he can be arrested. Members of the public can report in confidence by calling 101.
