THREE soldiers were injured after a bridge collapsed at Wyke Regis Bridging Camp.
Paramedics were called at around 12.11pm today to reports of an incident in Camp Road.
Fire also attended but were not needed.
A spokesman for the ambulance service said they were called at 12.11pm to reports of a bridge collapsing at Camp Road in Wyke.
Three ambulances attended the incident.
Three soldiers were injured in the incident at the Bridging Camp. Two suffered minor injuries and were taken to Weymouth Minor Injuries Unit - one person suffered a minor injury to the hand.
The third soldier suffered a more serious injury to the leg and was taken to Dorset County Hospital, the amulance spokesman said.
The leg injury is not believed to be life-threatening.
