This November Littlemoor library will be 25 years old. During half term week young people between 5 and 8 years are invited to go along on Thursday 29th October between 11 and 12 to help celebrate by taking part in some games, a quiz and record breaking challenges. For those of us who are still baffled by computers there’s a Get Online taster session on Thursday 22nd October from 10.30 until noon. If you need to brush up on your basic IT skills or want to feel more confident using a computer then this is an ideal place to start. The Littlemoor Memory Cafe reopens its doors on Friday 23rd October at the library. For those diagnosed with dementia and their carers the Cafe is the perfect place to go to relax, chat, play a few games . There will also be a member of the Alzheimer’s Society on hand to answer any questions you may have. The sessions run from 10.30 until noon and are currently free to all carers and those living with dementia. Call 812350 or 834503 for further details.
