Major route into Dorchester partially blocked after two car collision
A MAJOR route in Dorchester has been partially blocked after a two-vehicle collision.
The incident happened on the B3150 London Road shortly after 10.22am this morning, when a blue Volkswagen Golf registered to a woman from Weymouth and a white Ivecco van registered to a company from Wimborne collided.
An ambulance was called to the incident to treat one of the occupants of the car for shock, but it is not yet known the full extent of the injuries.
A spokesman for Dorset Police said the road had been partially blocked and they had also called the local authority to clear away debris and a fuel spillage on the road.
