Firefighters attend vehicle fire in Stalbridge
A FAULTY fuel pump was the cause of a vehicle fire in Stalbridge.
The incident happened earlier this evening along Station Road at around 6pm.
One retained appliance from Sturminster Newton was mobilised. Crews arrived on the scene to find one vehicle well alight.
They used two hose reel jets to extinguish the flames but the entire vehicle was left destroyed as a result of the fire.
Firefighters left the scene at around 6.45pm after ensuring the vehicle was safe.
