I HAD the chance to see Dorset from a completely different angle when I took a trip up Weymouth’s Sea Life tower.
The tower is the tallest structure for miles around.
I stepped into a capsule which then rose 174ft above Weymouth to give spectacular views of the Jurassic Coastline.
As the capsule slowly rotated twice I could spot local landmarks like the town’s harbour, the Nothe Fort, the isle of Portland and see along the coastline up to the White Horse and beyond.
