THEY say laughing is great for your health. Well get prepared to be glowing by the end of the weekend with a comedy line-up like this.

Matt Richardson, Milton Jones, Ben Norris and Stephen Grant are just some of the well-known names that will be providing the LOLs.

You might recognise Matt’s face from one of Britain’s best-loved shows.

Last year his funny one-liners earned him a co-hosting role on The Xtra Factor on ITV2.

Milton Jones has regular spots on Mock the Week, appearances on Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow and Live at the Apollo under his belt.

His ‘The Lion Whisperer’ tour played to more than 100,000 people and his 2013 tour played to even more.

Another Mock the Week guest is Ben Norris, a hugely experienced comedian who’s been on Never Mind the Buzzcocks and lots of other shows.

Also taking to the stage will be Brighton’s Krater Comedy Club compere Stephen Grant, one third of ‘Jigsaw’ Nat Luurtsema, Australian comedienne Sarah Bennetto, prolific writer Colin Hoult and the Pajama Men, who create a ‘shape-shifting world in which anything seems not just possible, but imminent’.
