THIS week there is a chance to win family tickets to Beaulieu, set in the heart of the New Forest.
From July 19 to August 31, there will be a number of special events at the attraction, including falconry displays in the cloister of Beaulieu Abbey, family games on the lawns and daily playlets.
I’m looking forward to seeing the vintage cars and watching the Victorian cyclist balancing on his penny farthing.
I also plan to take a ride on the high-level monorail, and to explore the grounds on an open-topped bus.
The National Motor Museum is another must-see while I am there, with its collection of more than 250 vehicles charting the history of motoring through the ages, and its new display, For Britain & For The Hell Of It, featuring land speed record vehicles.
See you there!
