A BRIDPORT company has been given an award for their customer service.

Dorwest Herbs, based in the West Dorset town, attended the finals of the Natwest Venus Womens’ Business Awards Dorset and said they were delighted to be crowned the winner of the Customer Service Award. The winner was decided by a public vote.

Managing director Jo Boughton-White said: “This award is really very special as we place excellent customer service as one of our core values.

“We work tirelessly to provide outstanding yet personal customer service and I am delighted that our dedicated team has got the recognition it deserves.”
