- The Environment Agency has issued a severe weather warning for Preston Beach in Weymouth at high tide tonight, with people on foot warned to stay away.
- The Met Office has issued an 'amber' warning for heavy rain and gale to severe gale force winds for the South West. The warning is in place until 9am on Tuesday.
- South West Trains will be running an altered service from 1pm today. Trains will run at significantly reduced speeds across the network.
- Condor Ferries has cancelled its high speed sailings between the Channel Isles and Weymouth and warned that conventional ferries could also be delayed.
