The woman driving the Mini Cooper involved in yesterday's school coach crash at Horton has died.
The driver, named locally as Sophie Crew was taken to Poole hospital with serious injuries after the accident on the B3078.
Twenty six students from Queen Elizabeth School were injured in the accident, but none are believed to be seriously hurt.
A total of 45 pupils from were onboard the number 75 single-decker coach when it was in a head-on collision with the silver Mini Cooper at around 8.15am yesterday.
The road is still closed while accident investigation work is carried out.
Dorset Police confirmed a 23-year-old Wareham woman had died as a result of her injuries following the incident.
Witnesses and anyone with information is asked to call Dorset Police on 101.
