FIREFIGHTERS were called to a car blaze near Charmouth.
Dorset Fire and Rescue Service received a call at just after 4.30pm today reporting a car on fire on the road outside Cummins Farm, Fernhill.
One crew was sent to the scene and found the car ablaze.
A spokesman for the service said there was severe damage to the engine compartment and bonnet of the vehicle.
The cause of the blaze is unknown.
