I DECIDED to make the most of the better spring weather and head out to Weymouth’s Lodmoor Country Park to explore the pathways and have a go on the green gym equipment there.

There are 21 pieces of equipment located at five different stations on a two km trail at the country park, plus a large timber galleon ship to play on, a bird’s nest swing and a children’s green gym.

I had great fun working out and then relaxed with a go on the swing.
