LUCAS Jan Passed away peacefully at the Yeatman Hospital on Tuesday 1st October 2024, aged 82 years. Much loved Mum, Nanny and Great-Nan. Funeral Service will take place at Yeovil Crematorium on Monday 28th October, 2024 at 11.20am. Family flowers only please, feel free to wear something colourful.
