PITFIELD Patricia Marlene Jane Passed away peacefully at Swanage Hospital on Tuesday 17th September 2024 aged 80 years. Beloved wife to the late Marvin Pitfield, A loving mother and grandmother. A joint funeral service to be held at Poole Crematorium on Wednesday 25th September 2024 at 1:00pm with her husband. Family flowers only please.
