MARTIN Avis Mary Janet (Mary) On 12th November 2023 after a short illness, peacefully at home, Mary aged 63. Beloved sister of Ruth & Suzanne, aunt of Thomas and his wife, Suzanne & Ben and his wife, Katie, great aunt of Arthur and sister-in-law of Stuart. Retired Ward Sister of Kingfisher Childrens' Ward, Dorset County Hospital. Private cremation at Weymouth Crematorium followed by a Service of Thanksgiving on Thursday 30th November at 2.00pm at the United Church, South Street, Dorchester, DT1 1BY. Family flowers only, donations in Mary's memory made by cheque payable to Mercy Ships or Christian Aid may be sent c/o Grassby Funeral Service, 8 Princes Street, Dorchester, DT1 1TW or online by visiting www.grassby-funeral.co.uk

I then spent time with her when she was a patient it was my absolute pleasure to care for her
