DAVIES Jackie Jacqueline Anne Davies passed away peacefully on Monday 11th September at Dorset County Hospital, comforted by her husband and daughters. Dear wife of Jeff, loving mum of Siân, Laura and their husbands Adi and Andre and beloved Nana to Rhys and Frederick. Her Funeral will take place at Weymouth Crematorium on Friday 6th October at 1.00pm. Colourful clothing welcome.
