CHALMERS Douglas (Doug) Passed away peacefully at Joseph Weld Hospice on his 75th birthday. Much loved husband of the late Grian, a loving dad of Matthew & Kelly, Jody & Stef and Jessica & Chris, grandad of Gus and brother of Richard. He will be sadly missed by all family and friends. Funeral Service to be held at Weymouth Crematorium on Friday 5th May at 1.00pm. No mourning dress necessary.
