NEVILL Antonia Mary (Toni) 21/1/1930 - 16/3/2023 Beloved Wife of the late Peter, loving Mother of Chris, fond Aunt of Susan, David, Sally and Judith and their families, Cousin of many. She thanks her cherished friends for their presence in her life. Private burial, no flowers please. Donations if you wish to the Mare and Foal Sanctuary c/o Higher Ground Meadow.

We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Toni and will miss her sparkling and often irreverent (and very funny) sense of humour. She was a good friend to us both, enjoying tea (and occasionally gin), books, chat and poetry with Mo and spending many afternoons talking French (and not showing too much dismay at poor pronunciation) with Julia. Toni; you will be very much missed. Best wishes to Chris and all the family.

Toni, it was a privilege to count you as our friend. Your vast knowledge of languages and literature was a constant surprise and a delight to us. The patience you showed Steve in his effort to master french was so gratefully received and appreciated. Your 'naughty' sense of humour especially when it came to limericks, had us laughing long after we left your company. You simply were 'the best' and will be greatly missed.
