GRANT-JONES Heather Passed away unexpectedly on 3rd November 2022 aged 63 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Dave, much loved daughter to Pam, one and only mum to Nik, Kerry and Kristian. Beloved sister to Paul, Nessie and Gavin, nanny and nanna to Kiah, Farrah, Jacob, Cam and Betsy. Her Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday 23rd November at 1.45pm at Weymouth Crematorium.
