MAURICE "CHARLIE" WHITE Aileen, Paul and family would like to thank everyone who attended the Requiem Mass at St. Augustine's Church, Weymouth for Maurice "Charlie" White. Also for the numerous cards, flowers and messages of sympathy received. A special thank you to Dr Thornton and staff at Chalbury Unit, Weymouth Hospital for the care and attention to Maurice "Charlie" over a long period which did not go unnoticed by either Maurice or his family. A thank you to Dr Johannes at the Atrium Health Centre, Dr Johnston, Mr Mandy, Community Nurse and Mental Health Staff at the Atrium Health Centre. To Sheila Biddlecombe, Carers Support Worker and staff at Acland Road Day Centre. To Mrs Eve Bonham, befriender from Dorchester Road Community Church who visited on a regular basis, took Maurice out for walks when at home and visited him in hospital. A special thank you to Father Stephen Geddes for his support and understanding and for offering the Requiem Mass and attending the grave side. Also his visit to Maurice in hospital. To Bill Hamilton for giving a moving tribute of Maurice's life. Not forgetting the Co-operative Funeralcare and special thanks to Helen and Greg for their dedication and attention to detail and support given - very much appreciated. Thank you to all who gave donations to the Chalbury Unit in Maurice's memory. Please accept this as the family's heartfelt personal message of thanks. A Mass will be offered for your intentions as a thank you.
