HOLLYWOOD EDWARD Michael, Margaret and Sheila and their families would like to thank those who sent cards and messages of sympathy and to all who attended Ed’s funeral service. Special thanks to the Revd Jane Culliford for a lovely service and to those who gave donations for Arthritis Research UK. Finally we would like to thank David Grassby and staff for their kindness and for taking care of the funeral arrangements. Please accept this as our personal message of thanks.
