DAVE ANDERSON 30.5.1945 - 5.4.2014 Claudia, Luke, Dan and family with to thank everyone who helped Dave so much during his illness, particularly Dr Robert Janssen, Community Nurses and all staff at Lanehouse Surgery; Donna Kiss and Staff on Abbotsbury Ward DCH; the Weldmar Nurses and the lovely ladies at Wessex Lanehouse Pharmacy. Special thanks to Jane Cotton and her team for the superb funeral arrangements and Fiona Penny for the beautiful flowers; also to Dave's dear friends James Kelly and Tony Stevens; to the Reverend Phillip Elliott for such a wonderful uplifting service. To the staff and caterers at the Crown Hotel. Finally to the many people who attended Dave's funeral and those who gave so generously in his memory to the Weldmar Hospicecare Trust and to all who sent such beautiful and moving cards and messages, which gave us all great comfort during our sad loss. Please accept this as a personal message of our heartfelt thanks.
