PETER ROBERT TIZARD David, his long time friend and associate, and Peter’s family would like to thank all of his workmates and many friends who attended his funeral and for all the support they gave him during his last long struggle. A very special thank you to all the doctors, nurses at the Joseph Weld Hospice, Dorset County Hospital and Portland Hospital. Also to all the staff at Royal Manor Healthcare and all of Peter’s carers from Agincare for their dedication. Thanks also to Michelle Carpenter for conducting the funeral service and a special vote of thanks to Steve Rees and his staff at Abbott and Rees Funeral Directors. Please accept this as our personal message of thanks.
