THE call has gone out for motorcyclists to saddle up for charity.
More than 100 bikers are joining up next month for a ride to raise funds for a new Freewheelers bike for the Weymouth and Dorchester area.
Freewheelers are couriers who run blood and other vital equipment from hospital to hospital and it is hoped that the run will help fund a new vehicle.
The ride takes place on Sunday, June 8, meeting at the County Hall car park at 10am for 11am start. It costs £5 per bike and anyone interested should call David Hovells on 01305 251475.
