PIPPA Goss is just one of the star soloists performing with the Beaminster Singers at their forthcoming special concert celebrating their 20th anniversary.
The 62 voices of the singers under their musical director Hilary Kenway, will set the rafters ringing in St Mary's Church, Beaminster when they perform the magnificent Mozart Requiem, the Charpentier Te Deum and the ever-popular Zadok the Priest by Handel.
The concert will take place on Saturday, May 24 in St Mary's Church, Beaminster starting at 7.30pm.
Lucie Spickova will be performing contralto solo, Martin Hindmarsh, tenor solo and Timothy Dickinson, bass solo. The singers will be supported by a full orchestra under the leadership of Louise Bevan.
This promises to be the most exciting production in the area for some years with almost 100 singers and musicians performing these timeless works in a wonderful church setting.
