Housing provider seeks expressions of interest for and build contract.

DCH require a contractor for completion of a 35 unit housing scheme in Water Street, Martock, Somerset. The successful contractor will need to pass a two stage tender process and start on site in July 2015.
Procurement will be based on JCT form of contract and involve the completion of partially built houses in Martock.
