Premises Licence
Notice is given that Janette Lamont has applied to West Dorset District Council for a variation of a premises licence in respect of The Greyhound Inn, 26 High Street, Sydling St Nicholas, Dorchester, Dorset, DT2 9PD to extend the licensed area and deletion of conservatory.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The Licensing Section, West Dorset District Council, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
