LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is given that Merlin Entertainments (SEA LIFE) Limited has applied to Weymouth and Portland Borough Council for a variation of a premises licence in respect of JURASSIC SKYLINE, FESTIVAL PIER, WEYMOUTH, DT4 8DX for the provision of alcohol generally between the hours of Monday - Sunday 07:00 - 11:59. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The Licensing Section, West Dorset District Council, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ within 28 working days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
