Application for single dwelling house. Under the provisions of the above Act the applicant is obliged to serve notice on all those with a legal interest in land covered by the application. An area of existing access way between Nos 8 & 10 Sweet Hill Road, formerly known as Flowers Lane is unregistered and no legal interest in the land has yet been established. If any person or company can show title to or other interest in this land he is to register it with the applicant Mr M Gillham at 6 Sweet Hill Road, Southwell, Portland DT5 2DR within 21 days of the date of this notice.
