DT4 8EH and propose to carry on the following activities: Sale of Alcohol Applications are available for public inspection at Weymouth and Portland Borough Council, Commercial Road, Weymouth. Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted between 26th May 2016 and 22nd June 2016. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction forthe offence is level 5 of the standard scale.
