APPEALS UNDER SECTION 78 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
Notice is hereby given that the appeal, as listed below, has been lodged with the Planning Inspectorate against the West Dorset District Council's refusal of the following application.
The following appeal will proceed by way of an inquiry. The procedure to be followed is set out in the Town and Country Planning Appeals (Determination by Inspectors) (Inquiries Procedure) (England) Rules 2000:
Appellant: Mr Gladman Developments Ltd
Development: Outline Application for the erection of 98 dwellings
Location: LAND TO NORTH OF RYME ROAD, YETMINSTER

All correspondence should quote the reference APP/F1230/W/16/3145484 and WDDC ref. WD/D/15/002655.
We have not yet been informed of the date of the Inquiry, but if you wish to attend please telephone this office and you will be notified of the date.
In all cases, all correspondence should be sent to: The Planning Inspectorate, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, BRISTOL BS1 6PN. If representations are received after the above deadlines, they will not normally be seen by the Inspector, and they will be returned. It is unnecessary for you to repeat any representations you may have already submitted.
