Notice is given that Dorchester Cricket Club has applied to West Dorset District Council for a new premises licence in respect of Dorchester Cricket Club, Weymouth Avenue, Dorchester DT1 2RY for the provision of alcohol generally between the hours of 13:00 - 22:00 Friday and Saturday. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, Business Licensing, West Dorset District Council, c/o North Quay Offices, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 8TA, within 28 days from the date of this notice. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 toknowinglyorrecklesslymakeafalsestatementin connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
