Notice is given that Petal & Posie has applied to Weymouth & Portland Borough Council Licensing Authority for a street trading consent under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 for the following location:

Pitch 9, New Bond Street Weymouth
The proposed business is: for a fresh cut flower stall
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Business Licensing Manager, Council Offices, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ. Representations must be received no later than 28 days from the date of the publication of this notice.

Objections on the grounds of competition in the local area will not be accepted as this would go against the EU Directive.
