Licensing Act 2003 New Premises Licence
Notice is given that Brett Dunster has applied to Weymouth & Portland Borough Council Licensing Authority for a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises known as; The Front Live 48 - 54 The Esplanade, Weymouth, DT4 8DQ The proposed licensable activities are:
A fenced area from 50-53 The Esplanade, Weymouth, DT4 8DQ incorporating the roads and footpaths providing Regulated Entertainment, Entertainment Facilities, Late Night Refreshment and Sale of Alcohol
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Manager, Council Offices, North Quay, Weymouth, Dorset DT4 8TA. Representations must be received no later than 12th October 2015. The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)_
