NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
Anthony Roger Gould has applied to Weymouth & Portland Borough Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17* of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as Goulds Garden Centre and situated at Littlemoor Road, Weymouth DT3 6AD and propose to carry on the following activities:- The daily retail sale of alcohol between 0800 hours and 2300 hours Applications are available for public inspection at The Licensing Services, Weymouth & Portland Borough Council, Council Offices, North Quay, Weymouth DT4 8TA Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted between 25th August, 2015 and 21st September, 2015 It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (?5000, January 2005).
