MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT Z009 APPLICATION FOR OOTER COALING PIER WORKS AT PORTLAND HARBOUR
Notice is hereby given that Portland Harbour Authority Ltd has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake an extension to the existing operational Outer Coaling Pier Berth (at Coaling Pier) in order to facilitate the growth of the existing cruise business. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at (1).
Copies of the application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at wvm.gov.uk/check-marine-licence-register.
Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to tim.dixon@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of (2), quoting reference MLA/2014/00416.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
