We, Loungers Ltd have applied to Weymouth & Portland Borough Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as: Nautico Lounge, 67 St Thomas Street, Weymouth, DT4 8HB and propose to carry on the following activities:-
The sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises only from 10.00 hrs until 23.00 hrs Sunday to Wednesday and 10.00 hrs until 00.00 hrs Thursday to Saturday and 10.00 to 01.00 hrs (following day) on New Year's Eve. Late night refreshmentuntil23.30hrsSundaytoWednesday,00.30hrs Thursday to Saturday and 01.30 hrs (following day) on New Year's Eve, all as specified in the application. Applications are available for public inspection at Weymouth & Portland Borough Council, Southwalks House, Southwalks Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ or on www.dorsetforyou.com. Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted by 26th August 2015.
