Notice is given that Rado & Rand Ltd. has applied to Weymouth and Portland Borough Council for a new premises licence in respect of "Adriatico" Restaurant & Bar, 11 Custom House Quay Ground Floor, DT4 8BG, Weymouth for regulated entertainment and the sale of alcohol generally between the hours of Monday to Sunday 09AM-01AM.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make presentations in writing to Business Licencing, Weymouth and Portland Borough Council, C/O North Quay Offices, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 8TA, within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licencing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address or on https://www.dorsetforyou. com/406629. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licencing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
