Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that The Brewery Square Development Company Limited has applied to West Dorset District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as 1 Pope Street, Brewery Square, Dorchester, DT1 1GW.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are : :for the sale of alcohol on and off the premises.
Monday to Sunday 10:00hrs to 23:00hrs and; recorded music and opening hours 10:00hrs to 23:30hrs; and late night refreshments 23:00hrs to 23:30hrs. Non standard times -
From the end of permitted hours on New Year's Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Year's Day.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be receive in writing by Business Licensing West Dorset District Council, Stratton House, 58/60 High West Street, Dorchester, DTI 1UZ no later than 15th June
