NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION FOR THE WINNING AND WORKING OF MINERALS BY UNDERGROUND OPERATIONS

Proposed development at Perryfields Quarry, Pennsylvania Road, Portland, Dorset DT5

I give notice that Portland Stone Firms Ltd. is applying to the Dorset County Council for planning permission for the winning and working of stone by underground mining operations.

Members of the public may inspect copies of:
- The application
- The plans
- and other documents submitted with it
at 99 Easton Street, Portland, Dorset DT5 1BP during all reasonable hours until 27th May 2015.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Dorset County Council at County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester, Dorset DT1 1XJ
by 27th May 2015.
