Notice is given that Dean Souter has applied to West Dorset District Council for a new alcohol licence of a bar restaurant in respect of The Customs House, Customs House Yard, West Bay DT6 for the provision of alcohol generally between the hours of 10.00 - 5.30 Monday -Saturday 10.00 - 4.00 Sunday
and later closing hours during
the Summer months of April -October until 9.00pm
Any interested party or responsible authority may
make representations in writing to, Business Licensing, West Dorset District Council, C/O North Quay Offices, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 8TA, within 28 days
from the date ofthis notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be
inspected during normal office hours at the above address or on https://www.dorsetforyou.com/ 406629. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act
2003 to know ngly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application
and the maximum fine for which a person s l able on summary
conviction for the offence is a
fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
